We do our best to remove pet hair as part of the standard vacuuming process. However, heavy pet hair is charged separately at $50/hr due to the additional time and tools required. Please mention this when booking so we can plan accordingly.

Shampooing removes the majority of stains from carpets and upholstery. However, some set-in or chemical stains may not fully come out. Excessive staining is charged at an additional $50 estimate. We'll be upfront with you about what to expect before we start.

We recommend leaving windows slightly open for a few hours after pickup to allow surfaces to fully dry. Avoid sitting on shampooed seats until they feel dry to the touch.

The Premium Interior Detail ($195–$295) does not include shampooing and is suited for vehicles in good condition needing a light clean. The TLC Interior ($225–$325) includes shampooing and is the better choice for vehicles with heavier soiling, odors or pet hair.

Yes, please remove all personal belongings and valuables before your appointment. Purple Turtle is not liable for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle during the detailing process.
